2024 CONCACAF Champions League
The 2024 CONCACAF Champions League will be the 16th edition of the CONCACAF Champions League under its current name, and overall the 59th edition of the premier football club competition organized by CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The tournament will be the first under a revised format featuring 27 teams and a five-round knockout phase. Qualification A total of 27 teams will qualify for the tournament. Five of the teams will qualify directly to the Round of 16, while the remaining 22 teams will qualify to Round One. 2023 CONCACAF Champions League
The 2023 CONCACAF Champions League (officially the 2023 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons) is the 15th edition of the CONCACAF Champions League under its current name, and overall the 58th edition of the premier football club competition organized by CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The winner of the final will earn the right to play in the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia as well as the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup alongside the winners from 2021 to 2024. Seattle Sounders FC was the title holder, but they did not qualify for this tournament and will be unable to defend their title. The tournament is contested by clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol (Central American Football Union), more commonly known by the acronym UNCAF, represents the national football teams of Central America: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. The Leagues Cup is an annual association football competition between clubs from Major League Soccer and Liga MX in North America. It debuted in July 2019 with four teams participating from each league. The Canadian Premier League (CPL or CanPL; french: Première ligue canadienne, links=no) is a professional men's Association football, soccer league in Canada. At the top of the Canadian soccer league system, it is the country's primary national soccer league competition.
