The 2023–24 Swiss Super League (referred to as the Credit Suisse Super League for sponsoring reasons) is the 127th season of top-tier competitive football in Switzerland and the 21st under its current name. It will be the first season under its current name featuring twelve teams (increased from ten in previous season) and a new format. Overview Format Since rebranding and restructuring the National League A to the Super League, starting with the 2003–04 season, the league has been running under the same format and the same number of teams. 2024–25 UEFA Europa League
The 2024–25 UEFA Europa League will be the 54th season of Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 16th season since it was renamed from the UEFA Cup to the UEFA Europa League. This will be the first season of UEFA Europa League played under the new format of the Swiss-system. The final will be played on 21 May 2025 at San Mamés Stadium in Bilbao, Spain. The UEFA Europa Conference League (abbreviated as UECL) is an annual football club competition organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) for eligible European football clubs. Clubs qualify for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. It is the third tier of active European club football competitions, after the Champions League and the Europa League. The 2022–23 Swiss Challenge League (referred to as the Dieci Challenge League for sponsoring reasons) is the 125th season of the second tier of competitive football in Switzerland and the 20th season under its current name. Overview Ten teams will compete in the league: eight teams of the previous season will participate in the league again. They are joined by FC Lausanne-Sport, the last-placed team of the 2021–22 Swiss Super League, who replace previous seasons champions FC Winterthur. Last season's last-placed team SC Kriens were relegated and are replaced by AC Bellinzona, who were promoted from the 2021-22 Swiss Promotion League.
