The 2023–24 Coppa Italia (branded as the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa for sponsorship reasons) is the 77th edition of the national cup in Italian football. There are 44 participating teams. Internazionale were the two-time defending champions, but were eliminated by Bologna in the round of 16.
