2023 Tour De L'Ain
The 2023 Tour de l'Ain was a men's road cycling stage race that took place between 31 July and 2 August 2023 in the French department of Ain. The race was rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2023 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 35th edition of the Tour de l'Ain. Oyonnax () is the second most populated commune in the Ain department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in eastern France. Oyonnax lies in a valley of the Jura Mountains in the far north of Ain. Lagnieu (; frp, LagniÅ“) is a commune in the Ain department in eastern France. Geography Lagnieu is located in the south of the department of Ain, on the right bank of the Rhone, 50 km northeast of Lyon and 37 km south of Bourg-en-Bresse. The town belongs to the canton of Lagnieu, of which it is the seat, and the arrondissement of Belley.
