2023 North Carolina Tar Heels Football Team
The 2023 North Carolina Tar Heels football team represented the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) in the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Tar Heels were led by head coach Mack Brown, who was in the fifth season of his second stint at North Carolina and 15th overall season at the university. The team played their home games at Kenan Memorial Stadium. Offseason Coaching changes After the ACC Championship Game, offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Phil Longo accepted the same position at Wisconsin. Charles Frederick Kitchens Jr. (born November 29, 1974) is an American football coach who is a senior analyst for South Carolina. He was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns and an assistant coach for the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Mississippi State Bulldogs, North Texas Mean Green (University of North Texas), LSU Tigers and Glenville State College Pioneers. Starke, Florida
Starke is a city in and the county seat of Bradford County, Florida, United States. The population was 5,796 at the 2020 census. The origin of the city's name is disputed. Starke may have been named in honor of local landowner George W. Cole's fiancée's family or in honor of Madison Starke Perry, fourth governor of Florida. Raymond Vohasek
Raymond Vohasek (born March 8, 1999) is an American football nose tackle who is a free agent. He played college football at DuPage and North Carolina. Early years Vohasek grew up in McHenry, Illinois. He attended McHenry East High School and played six different positions, including offensively guard, fullback, and tight end, while on defense nose guard, middle linebacker and defensive end. Although a top player at McHenry East, Vohasek received no Division I offers and committed to play college football for the College of DuPage Chaparrals.
