2023 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship
The 2023 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 10th staging of the Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Limerick County Board in 2014. The draws for the group stage took place on 3 February 2023. The championship ran from 27 July to 28 October 2023. The final was played on 28 October 2023 at the TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick, between Dromin/Athlacca and Blackrock, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. Dromin/Athlacca won the match by 2-20 to 3-16 to claim their first ever championship title in the grade. Glenroe GAA
Glenroe Hurling Club is one of the oldest clubs affiliated to the Gaelic Athletic Association. It plays hurling and formerly gaelic football. It plays in competitions organized by Limerick GAA. Located in the Ballyhoura Mountains, County Limerick, Ireland, local parish teams played hurling games from long before the famine of the 1840s and local teams played before the GAA's foundation. Gaelic Grounds
The Gaelic Grounds, know for sponsorshop reasons as the TUS Gaelic Grounds, is the principal GAA stadium in the Irish city of Limerick, home to the Limerick hurling and football teams. It has a capacity of 44,023. History 9 October 1926 saw first steps taken towards creating the Limerick Gaelic Grounds as a GAA stadium of note. A farm containing was purchased at Coolraine on the Ennis Road for development as a sporting grounds. Two years later the new grounds officially opened with two junior hurling games. The first big effort to raise funds for the development of the grounds was in 1932, with the establishment of a development committee, whose remit was to level the pitch, providing sideline seating and erect a boundary wall. Croagh-Kilfinny GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in County Limerick, Ireland. Located near the village of Croagh, and in the Catholic parish of Croagh-Kilfinny, it is a member of the west division of Limerick GAA. Adare GAA
Adare GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA club based in Adare, County Limerick, Republic of Ireland. Adare have reached the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship, County Senior Hurling Final on 12 occasions. After losing the finals of 1968, 1986, 1990, 1993 and 1996, they finally won their first championship in 2001 and successfully defended it in 2002. In 2003, they narrowly missed out on winning three county titles in a row after losing out to Patrickswell GAA, Patrickswell in the final. Fedamore GAA
Fedamore GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Fedamore, County Limerick, Ireland. The club fields teams in both hurling and Gaelic football.
