The 2023 Lexington Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 28th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ATP Challenger Tour, and the 26th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. Caroline Dolehide ( ; born September 5, 1998) is an American professional tennis player. She achieved a career-high ranking of world No. 102 in July 2018.
