The 2023 Kansas State Wildcats football team represents Kansas State University in the Big 12 Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Wildcats are led by Chris Klieman in his fifth year as their head coach. They play their home games at Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas. Pre-Season Previous season The Wildcats finished the 2022 regular season 10-4 and 7–2 in Big 12 play and appeared in the 2022 Big 12 Championship Game, where they defeated the TCU Horned Frogs in overtime, 31-28. The Big 12 Conference is a college athletic conference headquartered in Irving, Texas, USA. It consists of ten full-member universities. It is a member of Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for all sports. Its football teams compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS; formerly Division I-A), the higher of two levels of NCAA Division I football competition.
