Massimiliano Fedriga
Massimiliano Fedriga (born 2 July 1980 in Verona) is an Italian Northern League politician. He is the president of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia autonomous region. Biography Born in Verona on 2 July 1980 and raised in Trieste, Fedriga graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Trieste. After graduating, he obtained a master's degree in communication management and analysis. He joined the Northern League in 1995. Subsequently, he became a member of the "National Council", the decision-making body of the party in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and then of the Federal Council. Since 2003 he has been provincial secretary of the League, while on 28 September 2014 he was elected national secretary of the party of Friuli Venezia Giulia. He was elected MP for the first time in 2008; he was then re-elected in 2013 and 2018. In 2011 Fedriga was candidate for mayor of Trieste, but obtained only 6.3% of the votes. Pierfrancesco Majorino
Pierfrancesco Majorino (born 14 May 1973) is an Italian politician and former Member of the European Parliament. He served as assessor of social policies of Milan during Giuliano Pisapia's term as mayor, from 2011 to 2016, as well as during the first mayoral term of Giuseppe Sala, from 2016 until his election as MEP in 2019. In 2019 he has been elected as a Member of the European Parliament. He has since been serving on the Committee on Development. In 2020, he also joined the Special Committee on Foreign Interference in all Democratic Processes in the European Union. The Five Star Movement ( it, Movimento 5 Stelle , M5S) is a political party in Italy. Its leader and president is Giuseppe Conte, Prime Minister of Italy from 2018 until 2021. The M5S was founded on 4 October 2009 by Beppe Grillo, a comedian and blogger, and Gianroberto Casaleggio, a web strategist. From 2014 to 2017, it was a member of the Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy group in the European Parliament, along with the UK Independence Party and minor Eurosceptic parties. Francesco Rocca
Francesco Rocca (; born 2 August 1954) is an Italian professional football coach and former player, who played as a defender. He spent his entire career with Italian club Roma, where he won the Coppa Italia twice. He was the coach of the Italy national under-20 football team from 2008 until 2011. He also led the Italy Olympic side to a fourth-place ranking at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Club career Born in the San Vito Romano village 40 km from Rome, Rocca played his club football exclusively for Roma from 1972 to 1981. Rocca played 163 games for Roma, including 141 games in Serie A and 22 in the Coppa Italia cup – winning the later competition for two consecutive years between 1980 and 1981 – but did not score any goals for the club. South Tyrolean People's Party
The South Tyrolean People's Party (german: Südtiroler Volkspartei, SVP) is a regionalist and autonomist political party in South Tyrol, an autonomous province with a German-speaking majority in northern Italy. Founded on 8 May 1945, the SVP has roots in the Deutscher Verband, a confederation of German-speaking parties formed in 1919 after the annexation of South Tyrol by Italy, which shared many of the same leading figures as the SVP. The Arno is a river in the Tuscany region of Italy. It is the most important river of central Italy after the Tiber. Maurizio Fugatti (born 7 April 1972) is an Italian politician from the League party. He was a member of the Chamber of Deputies 2006–2013 and again 2018–2019. He has been President of the Autonomous Province of Trentino since 2 November 2018. Biography Maurizio Fugatti was born in Bussolengo, Verona, but lives in Avio (Trentino).
