The 2023 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division C was the 16th edition of the Division C of the FIBA U18 Women's European Championship, the third tier of the European women's under-18 basketball championship. It was played from 1 to 6 August 2023 in Durrës, Albania. Malta women's national under-18 basketball team won the tournament. Durrës
Durrës ( , ; sq-definite, Durrësi) is the second most populous city of the Republic of Albania and seat of Durrës County and Durrës Municipality. It is located on a flat plain along the Albanian Adriatic Sea Coast between the mouths of the Erzen and Ishëm at the southeastern corner of the Adriatic Sea. The 2022 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division C was the 15th edition of the Division C of the FIBA U18 Women's European Championship, the third tier of the European women's under-18 basketball championship. It was played from 26 to 31 July 2022 in Andorra la Vella, Andorra. Georgia won the tournament with Salome Svani being named the most valuable player.
