The 2022–23 Tour de Ski was the 17th edition of the Tour de Ski and part of the 2022–23 FIS Cross-Country World Cup. The World Cup stage event began in Val Müstair, Switzerland on 31 December 2022 and concluded with the Final Climb stage in Val di Fiemme, Italy, on 8 January 2023. Klæbo defended the title after winning six stages in a row, while Frida Karlsson from Sweden took the victory on the women's side. Schedule Overall leadership Two main individual classifications are contested in the 2022–23 Tour de Ski, as well as a team competition. The most important is the overall standings, calculated by adding each skier's finishing ...

History In the early 1600s, in Okes-printed plays of William Shakespeare, dashes are attested that indicate a thinking pause, interruption, mid-speech realization, or change of subject. The dashes are variously longer (as in King Lear reprinted 1619) or composed of hyphens (as in Othello printed 1622); moreover, the dashes are often, but not always, prefixed by a comma, colon, or semicolon. In 1733, in Jonathan Swift's ''On Poetry'', the terms ''break'' and ''dash'' are attested for and marks: Blot out, correct, insert, ...

Stage 5
Stage 5 (or, originally, "Stage V") is an unofficial stage at the Walnut Valley Festival, an annual bluegrass festival in Winfield, Kansas, United States. Set up in the Pecan Grove campground, the informal stage began in 1987 when camper Russell Brace and friends built it on the back of a 1954 Chevrolet 4100 1-1/2 ton flatbed truck. The stage is so-named because the festival proper has four main stages. The stage was immediately popular and is now a cherished tradition at the annual event. Audiences at Stage 5 can usually expect to hear typical acoustic string instruments. However, many musicians, while there, part from traditional bluegrass styles and emphasize a looser, more rock-oriented interpretation of roots music. Several notables have played Stage 5. Among them: Tommy Emmanuel, The Wilders, Bodhi Linde, Beppe Gambetta, an early incarnation of the The Chicks, and Split Lip Rayfield.
