2022–23 Texas State Bobcats Women's Basketball Team
The 2022–23 Texas State Bobcats women's basketball team represented Texas State University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The basketball team, led by twelfth-year head coach Zenarae Antoine, played all home games at the Strahan Arena along with the Texas State Bobcats men's basketball team. They were members of the Sun Belt Conference. Zenarae Antoine
Zenarae Tshui Chu Antoine (née Pieters; born January 31, 1975) is an American college basketball coach who is the current head coach of the women's basketball team at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Zenarae Antoine is in her twelfth season as the head coach at Texas State and is the winningest coach in program history. In her first season, she led one of the best turnarounds in school history, taking a 9-20 team the year before, to 17-14 including the school's first conference tournament win since 2003. She has also led the team appearances in the Women's Basketball Invitational (WBI) in 2014, 2015 and 2017. Coach Antoine led the Bobcats to the 2022–23 Sun Belt regular season championship. Crowley is a city located mainly in Tarrant County in the U.S. state of Texas. The population was 18,070 at the 2020 census, up 40.8% from the 2010 census. History Around 1848, pioneers began farming the area around Deer Creek. The settlement moved a mile or so west to the site of present-day downtown Crowley when the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway built pens and laid tracks there.
