The 2022–23 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team represented Duke University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Blue Devils played their home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina, as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The finished the season 27–9, 14–6 in ACC play to finish a three-way tie for third place. As the No. 4 seed in the ACC tournament, they defeated Pittsburgh, Miami, and Virginia to win the tournament championship. The championship was their 22nd ACC tournament victory in program history. As a result, they received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 5 seed in the East region.
