The 2022–23 season is the 140th season in the existence of Bristol Rovers Football Club and the club's first season back in League One since the 2020–21 season following their promotion in the previous season. In addition to the league, they will also compete in the 2022–23 FA Cup, the 2022–23 EFL Cup and the 2022–23 EFL Trophy. Jordan Bernard Rossiter (born 24 March 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bristol Rovers. Rossiter came through the academy at his local club Liverpool where they described him as an "authoritative central midfield presence" with "an extensive passing repertoire with either foot and an eye for goal". Club career Liverpool Youth Rossiter was born in Liverpool, Merseyside and began playing football at the age of three or four in the Anfield junior league. Scott Andrew Sinclair (born 25 March 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for EFL League One club Bristol Rovers. He represented England at youth level, from the under-17s to the under-21s, and also played for Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
