The 2022 Piala Sumbangsih was the 37th edition of the Piala Sumbangsih, an annual football match played between the winners of the previous season's Malaysia Super League and Malaysia Cup. The match was played between Johor Darul Ta'zim, who were the champions of the 2021 Malaysia Super League, and Kuala Lumpur City, who were the winners of the 2021 Malaysia Cup. Muhammad Afiq bin Fazail (born 29 September 1994) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Johor Darul Ta'zim and the Malaysia national team. Safawi Rasid
Muhammad Safawi bin Rasid (born 5 March 1997) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays for Thai League 1 side Ratchaburi, on loan from Malaysia Super League club Johor Darul Ta'zim, and the Malaysia national team. He mostly plays as a winger but he can also play as a striker. He is known for his free kick ability to curl the ball and ability to conjure curving long-range strikes.
