2022 Nürburgring Endurance Series
The 2022 Nürburgring Langstrecken Series is the 45th season of the German endurance series (formerly VLN) run at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and third run as the Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie (NLS). The season began on 26 March and ended on 5 November. Daniel Zils, Oskar Sandberg and Sindre Setsaas won the drivers championship in a BMW 330i, driving for Adrenalin Motorsport. Scherer Sport Team Phoenix( Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II) won the overall teams championship(NLS Speed Trophy). Calendar Classes Entries are split into multiple different classes. Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie
The is a 150,000 person capacity motorsports complex located in the town of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It features a Grand Prix race track built in 1984, and a long "North loop" track, built in the 1920s, around the village and medieval castle of Nürburg in the Eifel mountains. The north loop is long and contains more than of elevation change from its lowest to highest points. Jackie Stewart nicknamed the track "The Green Hell". Originally, the track featured four configurations: the -long ("Whole Course"), which in turn consisted of the ("North Loop") and the ("South Loop"). There was also a warm-up loop called ("Finish Loop") or ("Concrete Loop"), around the pit area.
