The 2022 Copa del Rey de Baloncesto was the 86th edition of the Spanish Basketball King's Cup. It was managed by the ACB and was held in Granada, in the Palacio de Deportes in February 2022. The Copa del Rey de Baloncesto (English: '' King's Cup of Basketball'') is an annual cup competition for Spanish basketball teams organized by Spain's top professional league, the Liga ACB. History Originally known as the ''Copa de España de Baloncesto'', was first played in 1933 and contested in its first editions only by teams from the provinces of Madrid and Barcelona. Aaron Rene Doornekamp (born December 5, 1985) is a Canadian-Dutch professional basketball player for Iberostar Tenerife of the Liga ACB.
