The 2022 Amstelveen Women's Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2022 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Amstelveen, Netherlands between 4 and 10 July 2022. Tennis Court
A tennis court is the venue where the sport of tennis is played. It is a firm rectangular surface with a low net stretched across the centre. The same surface can be used to play both doubles and singles matches. A variety of surfaces can be used to create a tennis court, each with its own characteristics which affect the playing style of the game. Dimensions The dimensions of a tennis court are defined and regulated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) governing body and are written down in the annual 'Rules of Tennis' document. The court is long. Its width is for singles matches and for doubles matches. The service line is from the net. Isabella Shinikova
Isabella Shinikova ( bg, Изабелла Шиникова) (born 25 October 1991) is a Bulgarian tennis player. On 20 February 2017, she reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 133. On 20 May 2019, she peaked at No. 159 in the WTA doubles rankings. She also plays for the Bulgaria Fed Cup team, with a current win–loss record of 15–20. Junior career Shinikova started playing tennis at the age seven. She played on the ITF Junior Circuit in 2006 and won two singles titles and one doubles title. Professional career 2009–15: Professional debut, success on the ITF Circuit In 2009, Shinikova made her pro debut at a $25k event.
