2021–22 Serie A
The 2021–22 Serie A (known as the Serie A TIM for sponsorship reasons) was the 120th season of top-tier Italian football, the 90th in a round-robin tournament, and the 12th since its organization under an own league committee, the Lega Serie A. Inter Milan were the defending champions. On 22 May 2022, following victory in their final match against Sassuolo, AC Milan were crowned champions for the first time since the 2010–11 season, earning a nineteenth overall title. Teams Twenty teams competed in the league—the top seventeen teams from the previous season and three teams promoted from the Serie B. Crotone, Benevento (both relegated after only one year in the top flight) and Parma (relegated after three years in the top flight) were relegated to the 2021–22 Serie B. Serdar Dursun
Serdar Dursun (born 19 October 1991) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a forward for Fenerbahçe. Born in Germany, he plays for the Turkey national team. Career Dursun began his senior career with the reserves of Hannover 96 in 2010, and moved to Turkey thereafter with Eskişehirspor. From Eskişehirspor, he had two short loans with Şanlıurfaspor and Denizlispor before transferring to Karagümrük in 2014. In 2016, he returned to Germany with Greuther Fürth and then Darmstadt 98 in 2018. Dursun completed 2020–21 2. Bundesliga season with 27 goals, making him the top-scorer of the season. The Russian Football Union (russian: Российский Футбольный Союз, ''Rossiyskiy Futbolnyy Soyuz'' or RFS) is the official governing body of association football in the Russian Federation. With headquarters in Moscow, it organizes Russian amateur and professional football, including the men's, women's, youth, beach soccer, futsal and Paralympic national teams. Sergei Karasev
Sergei Gennadyevich Karasev (russian: Сергей Геннадьевич Карасёв; born 12 June 1979) is a Russian international referee. Refereeing career Karasev became a FIFA referee in 2010. He has refereed at 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, beginning with the Group A match between Scotland and Macedonia. At UEFA Euro 2020, he refereed three matches starting with Italy against Switzerland. In particular, he became the first Russian referee to be appointed to referee a World Cup or a UEFA Euro play-off match since 2008. He was often recognized as the best Russian referee. San Siro
Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, commonly known as San Siro, is a football stadium in the San Siro district of Milan, Italy, which is the home of A.C. Milan and Inter Milan. It has a seating capacity of 80,018, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe, and the largest in Italy. Ferran Torres García (born 29 February 2000) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a forward for La Liga club Barcelona and the Spain national team. 2021 UEFA Nations League Finals
The 2021 UEFA Nations League Finals was the final tournament of the 2020–21 edition of the UEFA Nations League, the second season of the international football competition involving the men's national teams of the 55 member associations of UEFA. The tournament was held in Italy from 6 to 10 October 2021, and was contested by the four group winners of Nations League A. The tournament consisted of two semi-finals, a third place play-off and final to determine the champions of the UEFA Nations League. Portugal were the defending champions, having won the inaugural 2019 finals. However, they failed to qualify for the 2021 finals after finishing second in their group behind France. Konya
Konya () is a major city in central Turkey, on the southwestern edge of the Central Anatolian Plateau, and is the capital of Konya Province.
