2021–22 Slovenian Football Cup
The 2021–22 Slovenian Football Cup was the 31st edition of the football knockout competition in Slovenia. The tournament began on 15 September 2021 and ended on 11 May 2022 with the final. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Slovenia, the Intercommunal Regional Cup competitions were not held in the 2020–21 season; as a result, only all ten teams of the 2020–21 Slovenian PrvaLiga and the best two teams of the 2020–21 Slovenian Second League entered the competition. Olimpija Ljubljana were the defending champions after winning the previous season's final. Koper won their fourth title after beating Bravo 3–1 in the final. As winners, they earned a place in the second qualifying round of the 2022–23 UEFA Europa Conference League. Football Club Koper, commonly referred to as FC Koper or simply Koper, is a Slovenian football club based in Koper that competes in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, the top flight of Football in Slovenia, Slovenian football. NŠ Mura
Nogometna šola Mura ( en, Mura Football School), commonly referred to as NŠ Mura or simply Mura, is a Slovenian football team, playing in the town of Murska Sobota. Founded in 2012, the team currently plays in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, the top tier of Slovenian football. The club's home ground is Fazanerija City Stadium with a capacity of 4,506 seats. 2021–22 Slovenian PrvaLiga
The 2021–22 Slovenian PrvaLiga is the 31st edition of the Slovenian PrvaLiga since its establishment in 1991. The season began on 16 July 2021 and will end on 21 May 2022. The winners will qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League. Mura are the defending champions after winning their first title the previous season. Slavko Vinčić
Slavko Vinčić (born 25 November 1979) is a Slovenian football referee. He has been an international-listed referee for FIFA since 2010. Vinčić went to UEFA Euro 2012 as additional assistant in the team of Damir Skomina. As of July 2021 he has been in charge of 12 Champions League and 19 Europa League matches, including 2020–21 Champions League quarterfinal between Porto and Chelsea and 2020–21 Europa League semifinal between Arsenal and Villareal. He was also the referee for the 2022 UEFA Europa League Final between Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers. Vinčić was selected as a match official for Euro 2020, where he refereed two group stage matches (Spain-Sweden and Switzerland-Turkey) and the QF clash between Italy and Belgium. Stadion Z'dežele
Stadion Z'dežele is a football stadium in Celje, Slovenia. It is the home ground of NK Celje since 2003. Prior July 2017, the stadium was named Arena Petrol. At the time of its opening, Arena Petrol was the most modern football stadium in the country. It took its name from its principal sponsor, the Slovenian oil company Petrol. The stadium opened on 9 September 2003 with its single stand giving it a capacity of 3,600. During the next years three additional stands were built until the stadium was completed in 2008 with the capacity of 13,059 seats; 7,000 of which are covered. The pitch in the stadium is 105 metres long and 68 metres wide and covered with natural grass. The stadium also features a pitch heating system and floodlighting. Nogometni klub Radomlje ( en, Radomlje Football Club) or simply NK Radomlje, currently named Kalcer Radomlje for sponsorship reasons, is a Slovenian football club located in the town of Radomlje.
