2021–22 Oregon Ducks Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Oregon Ducks men's basketball team represented the University of Oregon during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ducks, led by 12th-year head coach Dana Altman, played their home games at Matthew Knight Arena as members of the Pac–12 Conference. Previous season The Ducks finished the season 21–7, 14–4 in Pac-12 play to win the regular season Pac-12 championship. They defeated Arizona State in the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 tournament before losing to their rival Oregon State in the semifinals. They were invited in the NCAA Tournament as a at-large bid where they moved on because VCU had Coronavirus. They beat Iowa in the second round before losing to PAC-12 member USC in the Sweet Sixteen. Dana Dean Altman (born June 16, 1958) is an American college basketball coach who is the head coach of the Oregon Ducks men's basketball, Oregon Ducks men's team. Previously he was head coach at Creighton Bluejays men's basketball, Creighton, Kansas State Wildcats men's basketball, Kansas State and Marshall Thundering Herd men's basketball, Marshall. The Hofstra Pride men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, United States. Aaron Estrada (born February 3, 2001) is an American men's college basketball player for the Hofstra Pride of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) who is two-time Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year (2022, 2023). The Memphis Tigers men's basketball team represents the University of Memphis in NCAA Division I men's college basketball. The Tigers have competed in the American Athletic Conference since 2013.
