2021 Six Nations Under 20s Championship
The 2021 Six Nations Under 20s Championship was the 14th series of the Six Nations Under 20s Championship, the annual northern hemisphere rugby union championship. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all the matches were played at Cardiff Arms Park, Cardiff. The 2020 tournament was suspended with three games left to play, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and cancelled in August with no winner announced. Six Nations Under 20s Championship
The Six Nations Under 20s Championship is an international rugby union tournament. It is the under-20s equivalent of the Six Nations Championship. Originally the tournament was in an under-21 format but changed to under-20s in 2008. England were the inaugural winners and they have gone on to be the tournament's most successful team, winning nine titles. Ioan Cunningham
Ioan Cunningham (born 1 January 1983) is a Welsh rugby union coach. He was appointed as head coach of the Wales women's national rugby union team in 2021. He has committed up to the 2025 Rugby World Cup. Career Cunningham played for Wales under-16, captained the under-18's and under-19's, and also featured for the under-21's teams. Cunningham played at number 8 and was captain of the Bridgend Ravens. He has also played for Llanelli RFC, Bridgend RFC, Llandovery RFC, and Carmarthen Quins RFC. The 2021 Six Nations Championship (known as the Guinness Six Nations for sponsorship reasons) was the 22nd Six Nations Championship, the annual rugby union competition contested by the national teams of England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales, and the 127th edition of the competition (including all its previous incarnations as the Home Nations Championship and Five Nations Championship). Nika Amashukeli ( ka, ნიკა ამაშუკელი) is a Georgian rugby union and World Rugby elite referee. Background In his early youth Nika Amashukeli played soccer. Nika watched his first ever full rugby match on TV during the 2007 Rugby World Cup, when his father "literally forced" him to watch Ireland v Georgia. Nika started playing rugby for Jiki at the age of 11. He played as a flanker then inside centre, and as an outside centre for Georgia at U17, U18 and U19 levels. He was selected for Georgia U18 team for 2012 European Under-18 Rugby Union Championship. By the age of 20 he had already suffered 5 concussions. Alex Samuel (born 27 December 2002) is a Scottish rugby union player who plays for Glasgow Warriors at the Lock position. Rugby Union career Amateur career Samuel went to St Leonards School in St. Andrews, and then went on to Madras College. He then played for Madras College FP.
