The 2021 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup was the 29th Porsche Supercup season. It began on 23 May at Circuit de Monaco and ended on 12 September at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, after eight races, all of which were support events for the 2021 Formula One season. Rule changes Technical *The outgoing Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (Type 991 II) car fleet was replaced by the latest generation of Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (Type 992) and also all-new Porsche MA2.75 engines for all Porsche Supercup entrants from 2021 season onwards. The 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship was a motor racing championship for Formula One cars which was the 72nd running of the Formula One World Championship. It is recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the governing body of international motorsport, as the highest class of competition for open-wheel racing cars. Jaap van Lagen (born 22 December 1976 in Ede) is a Dutch racing driver, who is a former competitor in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series and a former Eurocup Megane Trophy champion. The Circuit Paul Ricard () is a French motorsport race track built in 1969 at Le Castellet, Var, near Marseille, with finance from pastis magnate Paul Ricard.
