2021 National Amateur Cup
The 2021 National Amateur Cup was the 97th edition of the National Amateur Cup, a knockout cup competition open to amateur teams affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). This is the third edition of the tournament to award its champion a spot in the U.S. Open Cup. Lansdowne Yonkers FC won their second National Amateur Cup title, defeating Cal FC 2–1 in the final. Format All four regions of the USASA will hold tournaments to crown champions, which would then qualify for the final tournament. Qualification for these regionals was determined individually. The final four teams then compete in a single location knockout tournament to determine a national champion, with an additional game in place to crown both third and fourth place. Lansdowne Yonkers FC
Lansdowne Yonkers FC (formerly Lansdowne Bhoys FC) is an American soccer club based in Yonkers, New York. Founded in 1997, the team plays in Region I of the United States Adult Soccer Association. The club, also known as the ‘Bhoys’, was formed by Irish American immigrants in 1997 and wears the same colours as Celtic FC. While including Irish players on its teams, there is a distinct multinational feel to the club as they have featured players from the USA, New Zealand, Ivory Coast, Germany, Jamaica, and Gambia. Bridgeview, Illinois
Bridgeview is a village in Cook County, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, United States. It is located approximately southwest of the Chicago Loop. The Midwest Premier League (MWPL) is an American amateur and semi-professional soccer league. The league spans primarily the eastern and central portions of the Midwestern United States. History The league was founded by four clubs which were all previously members of the United Premier Soccer League Midwest Conference.
