2021 NWSL Draft
The 2021 NWSL Draft was the ninth annual meeting of National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) franchises to select eligible college players. It was held on January 13, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was the first NWSL Draft to be held virtually via videoconferencing and web streaming. Format * All 10 teams of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) take turns making their selections over four rounds, with 10 picks per round. Draft order in each round was determined by the reverse order of standings after the preliminary stage of the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup, with the exceptions being Racing Louisville FC taking the first selection as an expansion team and Orlando Pride slotting into the fourth spot as decided by the board of governors after the team was unable to participate in the Challenge Cup. * The Kansas City expansion team took over all player-related assets (including draft picks) of defunct team Utah Royals FC. * The draft was broadcast live via the NWSL's official ...

Twitch is an American video live streaming service that focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of esports competitions, in addition to offering music broadcasts, creative content, and " in real life" streams. Twitch is operated by Twitch Interactive, a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. It was introduced in June 2011 as a spin-off of the general-interest streaming platform Justin.tv. 2021 NWSL Season
The 2021 National Women's Soccer League season was the ninth season of the National Women's Soccer League, the top division of women's soccer in the United States. Including the NWSL's two professional predecessors, Women's Professional Soccer (2009–2011) and the Women's United Soccer Association (2001–2003), it is the 15th overall season of FIFA and USSF-sanctioned top division women's soccer in the United States. This season was the first in which the NWSL has been fully self-governing. After the 2020 season, the league terminated its management contract with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF or U.S. Soccer), which nonetheless continues to provide major financial support to the NWSL. Further financial backing is provided by the Canadian Soccer Association. Rachel Hill
Rachel Morgan Hill (born April 17, 1995) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for San Diego Wave FC in the NWSL. Early life Hill has two brothers, Zach and Jake, and played indoor soccer with them on a team coached by her father, Mike. ROSO Soccer Club Hill played youth soccer from age 4 until U14 with ROSO S.C. (Rollinsford Somersworth Soccer Club). She started in the town recreation program and at age 11 started playing travel soccer with the ROSO U13 Girls travel team in 2005 and played with ROSO until 2008. Sarah Woldmoe
Sarah Killion Woldmoe (born Sarah Christine Killion; July 27, 1992) is an American former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder. Early life Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Woldmoe attended Bishop Dwenger High School where she played on the varsity soccer team for four years. Woldmoe was named Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Indiana three times from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, she was named an ESPN RISE All-American and NSCAA Youth All-American; the latter for the second consecutive year. She was named NSCAA High School All-American in 2009 and 2010. Top Drawer Soccer rated her as the number 9 recruit in the country and top recruit from the state of Indiana. She finished her high school career with 63 goals and 73 assists. Chicago Red Stars
The Chicago Red Stars are a professional women's soccer club based in Bridgeview, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. A founding member of the Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) league, they have played in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) since 2013. WPS was the NWSL's predecessor as the professional women's soccer league in the United States, and the Red Stars played in the WPS in 2009 and 2010. After leaving the WPS in December 2010 due to the league's financial issues, the club joined the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) for the 2011 season. In 2012, the Red Stars co-founded and played in Women's Premier Soccer League Elite (WPSL-E): a one-year league which bridged the WPS and the NWSL.
