The 2021 Greek Basketball Super Cup is the 2nd edition of the revived Greek professional domestic basketball super cup competition, under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Clubs Association (HEBA), and the 3rd overall. The Greek Basketball Super Cup had been played only twice before, in 1986 under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.) and 2020. All games were hosted in Dimitris Tofalos Arena in Patras, Greece. Panathinaikos OPAP won the 2021 Super Cup. Panathinaikos Football Club B, known as Panathinaikos B, (Greek: ΠΑΕ Παναθηναϊκός B) is a Greek football club based in Athens, Greece. Founded in 2021, they play as the reserve team of Panathinaikos in the Super League Greece 2. Panathinaikos B is one of four reserve teams givens approval from the EPO ( Hellenic Football Association) to play in the second division. Dimitris Tofalos Arena (alternate spelling: Dimitrios Tofalos Arena) is an indoor sports arena that is located in Proastio, Patras, Greece. The arena is named after the great Greek wrestling champion of the early 20th century, and gold medalist at the 1906 Intercalated Games, Dimitrios Tofalos. A single-elimination, knockout, or sudden death tournament is a type of elimination tournament where the loser of each match-up is immediately eliminated from the tournament.
