2021 Football Queensland Season
The 2021 Football Queensland season was the ninth season since National Premier Leagues Queensland, NPL Queensland commenced as the top tier of Queensland men’s football. This season was also the fourth season of the Football Queensland Premier League and the inaugural season of the Football Queensland Premier League 2, representing the second and third tiers of Queensland men's football respectively. Below National Premier Leagues Queensland, NPL Queensland and the Football Queensland Premier League, FQPL was a regional structure of ten zones with their own leagues. The strongest of the zones was Football Brisbane with its senior men’s competition consisting of four divisions. The COVID-19 pandemic halted the season for a short period of time in all competitions, however all competitions in Queensland were completed. Eastern Suburbs Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in East Brisbane, Queensland. Mitchelton FC
Mitchelton Football Club is an Australian soccer club based in Everton Park, a suburb in Brisbane's inner-west, Queensland, Australia. Founded in 1920, the club competes in the Football Queensland Premier League. Overview The club was founded in 1920, being the second oldest registered football club in Brisbane. Southside Eagles FC is an Australian football (soccer) club from Bulimba, a suburb of Brisbane. The club was founded when the Germania and Southside Belmont clubs merged in 1968 and it currently competes in Football Queensland Premier League. Brisbane City Football Club is an Australian semi-professional football club based in Newmarket, Brisbane, Queensland. Redlands United Football Club is an association football club based in Cleveland, Brisbane, Queensland. The club, formed in 1918, is one of the oldest soccer clubs in Queensland. It re-entered the top tier, Brisbane Premier League (BPL), in 2010 after merging with former Queensland State League (QSL) side Redland City Devils.
