Palacio De Los Deportes Carolina Marín
Palacio de los Deportes Carolina Marín is a Spanish sports complex in the city of Huelva, in Andalusia, Spain. Her name is a tribute to the Huelva badminton player Carolina Marín. It is the most important indoor sports facility with the largest capacity in all of Huelva and the province. The Palacio de los Deportes has hosted CB Ciudad de Huelva matches since they moved from the Andrés Estrada Sports Center. They began playing at the Palacio in 1999-00, until his disappearance in 2008; being the modern pavilion in which the Huelva team fought to return to the Liga ACB, being about to achieve it in the 2004–05 and 2006–07 seasons. Mohammad Ahsan
Mohammad Ahsan (born 7 September 1987) is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with Djarum club who specializes in the men's doubles. He is three-time World Champion, three-time season ending finals champion, and Asian Games gold medalist. Joining the Djarum club since 2007, opened Ahsan's opportunity to join the Indonesian national team until he finally implemented it in the middle of 2008. Paired with Bona Septano, they managed to win the bronze medal at the 2011 BWF World Championships, and were ranked as high as sixth in the BWF World Rankings. Ahsan broke the world's men's doubles stage when he teamed-up with Hendra Setiawan. Mark Lamsfuß
Mark Lamsfuß (born 19 April 1994) is a German badminton player and plays for the BC Wipperfeld. He and his partner, Isabel Lohau won a bronze medal in mixed doubles at the 2022 BWF World Championships. Career Lamsfuß started playing badminton at aged 3, and in 2013 he won the Dutch Open Junior tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Franziska Volkmann. He and Volkmann also won bronze at the 2013 European Junior Badminton Championships. He became the Germany national badminton team in 2013, and at that year he reach the men's doubles semifinal round of the senior tournament at the Irish Open International Challenge with Fabian Holzer. Ivan Sozonov
Ivan Andreyevich Sozonov (russian: Иван Андреевич Созонов; born 6 July 1989) is a Russian badminton player. He competed for Russia at the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympics. His current partner is Vladimir Ivanov. Vladimir Alexandrovich Ivanov (russian: Владимир Александрович Иванов; born 3 July 1987) is a Russian badminton player. He was the champion at the 2014 and 2021 European Championships, and also the 2016 All England Open partnering with Ivan Sozonov. Tan Wee Kiong
Tan Wee Kiong (; born 21 May 1989) is a Malaysian badminton player in the doubles event. He is well-known for his former partnership with Goh V Shem, which began at the 2014 Thomas Cup. Together, Tan and Goh won the gold medal in the men's doubles and the mixed team event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. They also won bronze at the 2014 Asian Games. In their Olympic debut at the 2016 Rio Olympics, they won the silver medal, becoming the first Malaysian pair to achieve such a feat since 1996. Goh V Shem
Goh V Shem (; born Goh Wei Shem, 20 May 1989) is a Malaysian badminton player in the doubles event. He was partnered with Tan Wee Kiong after their outstanding performance at the 2014 Thomas Cup. Together, Goh and Tan won the gold medal for the men's doubles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as well as all their matches in the mixed team event, helping Malaysia retain the gold medal for the third consecutive time. He and his partner, Chirag Shetty, are the first men's doubles pair from India to be ranked inside the top 10 of the BWF World Ranking, with a career-high ranking of 5. Muhammad Rian Ardianto (born 13 February 1996) is an Indonesian badminton player. Born in Bantul, Yogyakarta SR, Ardianto plays for the Jaya Raya Jakarta club at national events. He won the men's doubles silver medal at the 2018 Asian Games, the bronze medals at the 2019 World Championships and at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. Ardianto was part of Indonesia winning team at the 2020 Thomas Cup. Fajar Alfian (born 7 March 1995) is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with the SGS PLN Bandung. He won the men's doubles silver medal at the 2018 Asian Games, the bronze medals at the 2019 World Championships and at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. Alfian was part of Indonesia winning team at the 2020 Thomas Cup. Career Alfian started his partnership with Muhammad Rian Ardianto in July 2014. Soh Wooi Yik
Soh Wooi Yik (, born 17 February 1998) is a Malaysian badminton player. He was part of the Malaysian 2015 and 2016 BWF World Junior Championships team, and has helped Malaysia clinch a silver medal in mixed team after being defeated by China in 2016. Soh and his partner Aaron Chia were the All England Open finalists and the Southeast Asian Games gold medalists in 2019. The duo won the bronze medal in the men's doubles at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and won the men's doubles title at the 2022 World Championships. Background Soh was born in Kuala Lumpur. He is the son of former Malaysian badminton player Soh Goon Chup.
