2020–21 Melbourne Victory FC Season
The 2020–21 season is Melbourne Victory's 16th season since its establishment in 2004. The club will be participating in the A-League for the 16th time. This season was the last season where the Victory played home matches at Marvel Stadium; from the 2021-22 season onwards, the Victory play all home matches of all competitions exclusively at AAMI Park. Melbourne Victory Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Melbourne, Victoria. Competing in the country's premier men's competition, the A-League Men, under licence from Australian Professional Leagues (APL), Victory entered the competition in the inaugural season as the only Victorian-based club in the newly revamped domestic Australian league. Storm James Roux ( ; born 13 January 1993) is a New Zealand international footballer who plays as a right back for A-League Men club Central Coast Mariners and the New Zealand national team. Roux played youth football with Sorrento, Football West National Training Centre and Perth Glory youth before making his professional debut with Perth Glory. Brandon Lauton (born 3 March 2000), is a South African-Australian professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Hume City. Jacob Luke Butterfield (born 10 June 1990) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National League club Scunthorpe United.
