Tom Crean (basketball)
Thomas Aaron Crean (born March 25, 1966) is a college basketball coach. Most recently, he was the head coach for the Georgia Bulldogs basketball, University of Georgia men's basketball team. Crean was previously the head coach of Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball, Indiana University. Prior to that, he served as head coach at Marquette Golden Eagles men's basketball, Marquette University (1999–2008), where his team reached the 2003 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, 2003 NCAA Final Four. Crean's basketball philosophy emphasizes fast breaks and transition offense. His guidance of the Indiana program to success from "unthinkable depths" was regarded as one of the most remarkable rebuilding projects in NCAA basketball history. Ypsilanti (), commonly shortened to Ypsi, is a city in Washtenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the city's population was 20,648. Grottoes is an incorporated town in Augusta and Rockingham counties in the U.S. state of Virginia. The population was 2,668 at the 2010 census. The Rockingham County portion of Grottoes is part of the Harrisonburg Metropolitan Statistical Area, while the small portion that extends into Augusta County is part of the Staunton– Waynesboro Micropolitan Statistical Area. Stony Brook Seawolves Men's Basketball
The Stony Brook Seawolves men's basketball team is the college basketball program representing Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. The Seawolves compete at the NCAA Division I level, which they have done so since 1999, and are a member of the Colonial Athletic Association. The team is coached by former Kent State head coach Geno Ford after former head coach, longtime Ohio State assistant Jeff Boals, resigned to accept the head coaching job at his alma mater Ohio University. The Seawolves currently play their home games in the Island Federal Credit Union Arena, located on the university's campus in Stony Brook, New York. Austin Peay Governors Basketball
The Austin Peay Governors men's basketball team represents Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. The Governors play in the ASUN Conference starting in 2022–23, following 61 seasons in the Ohio Valley Conference. The team's most recent appearance in the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament to date was in 2016, making the field of 68 by virtue of having won the 2016 Ohio Valley Conference men's basketball tournament.
