2020–21 CAF Champions League
The 2020–21 CAF Champions League (officially the 2020–21 Total CAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons) was the 57th edition of Africa's premier club football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), and the 25th edition under the current CAF Champions League title. Al Ahly successfully defended their title and defeated Kaizer Chiefs 3–0 in the final, which was played at Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, Morocco, winning their record-extending tenth and second consecutive title. As the winners of the 2020–21 CAF Champions League, Al Ahly represented Africa in the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup, and played against Raja Casablanca, the winners of the 2020–21 CAF Confederation Cup, in the 2021–22 CAF Super Cup. CAF 5-Year Ranking
The CAF 5-Year Ranking system is used by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to determine the number of clubs that each member association may enter its club football competitions; the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup. At present, those associations ranked in the top 12 may enter two teams into each of the two club competitions, while the remaining associations are limited to a single team in each competition. Origins Prior to 2004, CAF organized 3 club tournaments; the CAF Champions League, the African Cup Winners' Cup and the CAF Cup with each association allowed to enter a single team in each tournament. 2019–20 Linafoot
The 2019–20 Linafoot is the 59th season of the Linafoot, the top-tier football league in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, since its establishment in 1958. The season started on 16 August 2019., suspended on 16 March 2020 and abandoned on 13 May 2020 by the Congolese Association Football Federation due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in DR Congo. Tout Puissant Mazembe, commonly referred to as TP Mazembe, is a Congolese professional football club based in Lubumbashi.
