The 2020–21 season was the 114th season in the existence of Atlético Madrid and the club's 19th consecutive season in the top flight of Spanish football. In addition to the domestic league, Atlético Madrid participated in this season's editions of the UEFA Champions League and also participated in the Copa del Rey. Renan Augusto Lodi dos Santos (born 8 April 1998), known as Renan Lodi, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Premier League club Nottingham Forest, on loan from La Liga club Atlético Madrid, and the Brazil national team.
