Jeremy Freiburghaus (born 30 May 1996) is a Swiss professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won the 2022 English Trophy on the Challenge Tour. Early life and amateur career Freiburghaus started competing internationally at a young age, and won the 2012 Finnish International Junior. In 2015, he won the Memorial Olivier Barras in Crans-sur-Sierre, a professional tournament. He represented Switzerland in the European Young Masters, European Boys' Team Championship and European Amateur Team Championship, plus twice in the Eisenhower Trophy. Professional career Freiburghaus turned professional in 2019 and joined the Pro Golf Tour. In 2020, he won two events and was runner-up at the Polish Open, and finished 3rd in the Order of Merit to earn promotion to the Challenge Tour. Mateusz Gradecki (born 4 June 1994) is a Polish professional golfer who plays on the Challenge Tour. He won the 2022 Limpopo Championship, becoming the first Sunshine Tour winner and only the second Challenge Tour winner to hail from Poland. Amateur career Gradecki was born in Trzebnica and grew up in Oborniki Śląskie. His father Krzysztof owned the Eko supermarket chain and has been featured on lists of the 100 richest Poles. He also built the Gradi Golf Club in Brzeźno, where his son practices. Gradecki attended East Tennessee State University from 2013 to 2017 and played with the East Tennessee State Buccaneers men's golf team alongside compatriot Adrian Meronk. 2021 Challenge Tour
The 2021 Challenge Tour was a series of professional golf tournaments collectively known as the Challenge Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. It was introduced in 1986 and was originally called the Satellite Tour, before being renamed with its present title in 1990. Similarly to 2020, the season was to begin in February with three tournaments in South Africa co-sanctioned with the Sunshine Tour, but in mid-January the South African swing was postponed to April–May over COVID-19 pandemic concerns. The official schedule announcement was made on 27 January 2021. In April two back-to-back events in Sweden in May were added. In August, it was announced that the Hainan Open and the Foshan Open; both played in China, were cancelled.
