2020 New York Guardians Season
The 2020 New York Guardians season was the only season for the New York Guardians as a professional American football franchise. They played as charter members of the XFL, one of eight teams to compete in the league for the 2020 season. The Guardians played their home games at MetLife Stadium and were led by head coach Kevin Gilbride. Their inaugural season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the XFL officially suspended operations for the remainder of the season on March 20, 2020. 2023 Orlando Guardians Season
The 2023 Orlando Guardians season was the second season for the Orlando Guardians as a professional American football franchise. They played as charter members of the XFL, one of eight teams to compete in the league for the 2023 season. The Guardians played their home games at the Camping World Stadium and were led by head coach Terrell Buckley. The franchise also relocated from East Rutherford, New Jersey to Orlando, Florida prior to the season, changing their name from New York Guardians to Orlando Guardians. On January 1, 2024, it was announced that the 2023 season was the last season for the Guardians. Audi Field is a soccer-specific stadium in Buzzard Point in Washington, D.C. It is the home stadium for both of Washington, DC’s professional soccer teams, D.C. United in Major League Soccer and Washington Spirit in the National Women’s Soccer League. The stadium seats 20,000 people. Previously, D.C. Trip MacCracken
Alan "Trip" MacCracken (born June 30, 1974) is currently the Director of Roster Management for the Jacksonville Jaguars. MacCracken graduated from Hawken School, where he captained the football and baseball teams, and became an undergraduate at Hamilton College. During his junior year, he went off campus to do an internship at the White House. While in Washington, MacCracken also found work as an intern with the Washington Redskins. After Hamilton, MacCracken continued his work with the Redskins while receiving his J.D. at Duke Law School. He also spent a summer working for the NFL Management Council, which represents ownership in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Upon graduation from law school in 1999, MacCracken joined the Cleveland Browns for their first season as an expansion team. Choctaw Stadium, formerly Globe Life Park, is an American multi-purpose stadium in Arlington, Texas, between Dallas and Fort Worth. Originally built as a baseball stadium, it was home to the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball and the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame from 1994 through 2019, when the team vacated the stadium for Globe Life Field.
