2020 NASCAR Pinty's Series
The 2020 NASCAR Pinty's FanCave Challenge was the fourteenth season of the Pinty's Series, the national stock car racing series in Canada sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the QwickWick 125 at Sunset Speedway on August 15 and concluded with the Pinty's 125 at Jukasa Motor Speedway on September 28. Andrew Ranger entered the season as the defending drivers' champion, however he did not compete in any races. Jason Hathaway was declared the Pinty's FanCave Challenge Championship winner for finishing first in the point standings. Drivers Schedule On 5 December 2019, NASCAR announced the 2020 schedule. It included an inaugural race at Ohsweken Speedway, which would have become the first dirt track race in series history. The COVID-19 pandemic caused the series to make considerable schedule and format changes. Louis-Philippe Dumoulin
Louis-Philippe "L. P." Dumoulin (born February 21, 1979) is a Canadian stock car racing driver. He currently races in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, driving the No. 47 Dodge owned by Marc-André Bergeron. He won the series championship in 2014, 2018 and 2021 NASCAR Pinty's Series. Racing career NASCAR Xfinity Series Dumoulin ran the Montreal race each in 2011 and 2012. He drove the No. 52 Chevrolet for Means Motorsports in 2011 and the No. 08 Ford for Randy Hill Racing in 2012. He also attempted Watkins Glen with Randy Hill, but did not qualify. NASCAR Pinty's Series Dumoulin has been competing in the Pinty's Series since 2009. He won the championship in 2014, 2018 and 2021. Dumoulin is partnered with WeatherTech Canada and Groupe Bellemare. The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series was the 72nd season for NASCAR professional stock car racing in the United States and the 49th season for the modern era NASCAR Cup Series, Cup Series. Flamboro Speedway
Flamboro Speedway is a 1/3-mile semi-banked asphalt short track motor racing oval, located twenty minutes northwest of Hamilton, in the rural community of Millgrove, Ontario, Canada. The track was established in 1962. Overview The track hosts a weekly Saturday night stock car racing program that runs from May to October each year.
