2020 Lao Premier League
The 2020 Lao Premier League is the 31st season of the Lao Premier League. The season started on 12 July 2020. It is played in triple round-robin format, with 15 total rounds. A team can use four foreign players on the field in each game, including at least one player from the AFC region. The Lao League 1 ( lo, ລາວ ພຣີເມຍລີກ), known for sponsorship reasons as the Pepsi Lao League 1, is a football league representing the sport's highest level in Laos. The league is composed of seven clubs for the 2022 season. Format Over the course of a season, which runs from February to September, each team plays against the others three times in a triple round-robin. Three points are awarded for a win, one for a draw and zero for a loss.
