2020 International GT Open
The 2020 International GT Open is the fifteenth season of the International GT Open, the grand tourer-style sports car racing series founded in 2006 by the Spanish GT Sport Organización. It began on 8 August at the Hungaroring and ended at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on 1 November after six rounds. Entry list Race calendar and results * A seven-round provisional calendar was revealed on 22 October 2019. The schedule will feature six circuits from the 2019 calendar, with Silverstone dropped in favor of the Hungaroring. The schedule also switches the order of some rounds with the Spa round now occurring before the Hockenheimring and the season finale occurring at Catalunya rather than Monza. 2020 Euroformula Open Championship
The 2020 Euroformula Open Championship was a multi-event motor racing championship for single-seater open wheel formula racing cars that was held across Europe. The championship featured drivers competing in the new Dallara 320 car, which features the Halo safety device. It was the seventh Euroformula Open Championship season. CryptoTower Racing Team driver Ye Yifei won the title after the second race at Barcelona, having won 11 races, 13 pole positions, 12 fastest lap. Teams and drivers All teams utilized the new Dallara 320 chassis. * Kris Wright was scheduled to compete with Fortec Motorsport but neither him or the team appeared at any rounds. James Pickford
James Pickford (born 30 April 1979 in Macclesfield, Cheshire) is a British race car driver. As a child his interest was in motorbikes; his father Keith ran bike racing teams. James started at the beginning in karts in 1994. For a while he was coached by former BTCC racer Tim Sugden. His interest in saloon and sportscars began when he lost a test in a BTCC car after being nominated for the BRDC McLaren Autosport Young Driver of the Year award in 1998. His start in motor racing was in 1997, in the Formula Honda series. He won this 2 years in a row, and also did a single Formula Ford race in 1998. After a year working on marketing within the prestigious Abt Sportsline team in the DTM, he returned to full-time racing in 2003, in the SEAT Cupra Championship. Vincent Abril (born March 1, 1995 in Alès, France) is a French- Monégasque race car driver based in Monaco. He was the 2015 Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup champion. Racing career In 2011, Abril raced in the SEAT León Supercopa France series for Team Speedcar. In a season with six top-tens, he finished 15th in the point standings. In 2012, Abril returned to the SEAT León Supercopa France series. He started the season with a 2nd place finish at Lédenon followed by a 6th place finish at the same track the following day. The Ferrari 488 (Type F142M) is a mid-engine sports car produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari.
