2019–20 Premier League Of Bosnia And Herzegovina
The 2019–20 Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, known as Liga 12 and also known as BH Telecom Premier League for sponsorship reasons, was the twentieth season of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the highest football league of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The season began on 20 July 2019 and ended abruptly on 1 June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a winter break between early December 2019 and late February 2020. BH Telecom is a Bosnian telecommunications company, headquartered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. History It was established during the collapse of Yugoslavia in 1992 and was the first company in Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide GSM, 3G, IPTV and many other services. Bilino Polje is the home football stadium of Bosnian Premier League football club NK Čelik from the city of Zenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina and one of two stadiums of the national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nogometni Klub GOŠK Gabela is a professional association football club based in Gabela, near Čapljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The name GOŠK in Croatian means Gabeoski Omladinski Športski Klub (Gabela Youth Sports Club). Fudbalski klub Velež Mostar ( sh-Cyrl, Фудбалски клуб Beлеж Мостар; English: Football club Velež Mostar) is a professional football club based in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club has a history of being one of the most successful clubs from Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded on 26 June 1922. The club currently plays at Rođeni Stadium (7,000 capacity), but its historic stadium is the Bijeli Brijeg (9,000 capacity). Due to the divisions between Bosniak and Croat territories, Velež lost its previous home ground of Bijeli Brijeg.
