The 2019–20 Oxford United season was the club's 126th year in existence and their fourth consecutive season in League One, the third tier of English football. As well as competing in League One, the club also participated in the FA Cup, EFL Cup and EFL Trophy. The season covered the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. Kashif Siddiqi
Kashif Mumtaz Siddiqi (born 25 January 1986) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender. Born in England, Siddiqi represented Pakistan at senior international level. After playing youth football with various teams in England, Siddiqi moved to the United States on a scholarship to play college soccer, before spending two seasons in the USL PDL, before moving to the Middle East to play. In 2011, Siddiqi founded the Kashif Siddiqi Foundation, which aims to encourage young British Asians into the game. He is also an ambassador for Kick It Out, an anti-racism organisation. John Mousinho
John Michael Lewis Mousinho (born 30 April 1986) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for League One club Oxford United. He is the chairman of the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA). Mousinho began his professional football career at Brentford, having previously played for Chesham United and Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the latter whilst studying at the University of Notre Dame. He spent two-and-a-half years at Brentford, before joining Wycombe Wanderers in June 2008 on a free transfer. Elliott Jordan Moore (born 16 March 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Oxford United. Club career Leicester City Born in Coalville, England, Moore began his career with Leicester City at the age of 6, training with the club's Academy Development Group before signing a contract with the club at the age of 8. Robert Joseph Andrew Dickie (born 3 March 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays for Championship club Bristol City, as a defender. He has represented England at U19 level. Club career Reading Dickie joined Reading as an eight-year-old. In the 2013-14 season, Dickie made 34 appearances playing every minute of the FA Youth Cup campaign for the under-18s where he scored in the semi-final against Fulham.
