2019–20 OGC Nice Season
The 2019–20 season was Olympique Gymnaste Club Nice's 93rd season in existence and the club's 18th consecutive season in the top flight of French football. In addition to the domestic league, Nice participated in this season's editions of the Coupe de France, and the Coupe de la Ligue. The season covered the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. Olympique Gymnaste Club Nice Côte d'Azur (), commonly referred to as OGC Nice or simply Nice, is a French professional football club based in Nice. The club was founded in 1904 and currently plays in Ligue 1, the top tier of French football. Nice plays its home matches at the Allianz Riviera. Nice was founded under the name ''Gymnaste Club de Nice'' and is one of the founding members of the first division of French football. The 2020–21 season was the 94th season in the existence of OGC Nice and the club's 19th consecutive season in the top flight of French football. In addition to the domestic league, Nice participated in this season's editions of the Coupe de France and the UEFA Europa League. The season covered the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. The head coach Patrick Vieira was relieved of his post after a five-game losing streak. He was replaced by assistant Adrian Ursea. Ignatius Ganago (born 16 February 1999) is a Cameroonian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Nantes and the Cameroon national team.
