The 2019–20 Liga IV Suceava (known as Liga Inter Conti for sponsorship reasons) was the 52nd season of Liga IV Suceava, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 18 August 2019 and was ended officially on 3 April 2020, after it was suspended since 9 March 2020, due to 2019–20 COVID-19 pandemic. Siretul Dolhasca was crowned as champion. Liga IV Suceava (known as Liga Inter Conti for sponsorship reasons) is the county football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Suceava County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and it is competed between 14 teams, the winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series. The number of relegated team from the Liga IV – Suceava is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from the Liga III. FC Pojorâta
Fotbal Club Pojorâta, commonly known as FC Pojorâta, or simply as Pojorâta, is a Romanian football club based in Pojorâta, Suceava County founded in 1950. History Founded in 1950, Pojorâta played almost all its existence in the Liga IV. In 2013 the team managed to promote to Liga III for the first time in its history. A rebranding operation came along with the promotion, the club changing its name from FC Pojorâta to ''Bucovina Pojorâta'', a tribute to the area where the team originates, Bukovina. In 2015, the team promoted to Liga II for the first time in its history. In the summer of 2016, after the relegation from Liga II, the club was dissolved. Suceava County () is a county ('' ro, județ'') of Romania. Most of its territory lies in the southern part of the historical region of Bukovina, while the remainder forms part of Western Moldavia proper. The 2019–20 Liga IV Iași was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Iași, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 18 August 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. The season was ended officially on 15 July 2020 after AJF Iași (County Football Association) concluded that the teams could not meet the medical conditions imposed by the medical protocol. 2019–20 Liga IV Neamț
The 2019–20 Liga IV Neamț was the 52nd season of Liga IV Neamț, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 1 September 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. AJF Neamț (County Football Association) decided to end the season on July 26 2020 with a play-off match between the top ranked teams in the two series.On 23 July 2020, Victoria Horia announced that it cannot comply with the conditions imposed by the medical protocol. Following this decisions, Bradu Borca was declared the county champion and the representative of Neamț County at the promotion play-off to Liga III. 2019–20 Liga IV
The 2019–20 Liga IV was the 78th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. This had to be the third season when the counties were divided into 7 regions, each consisting of 6 counties and the draw was made on 15 February 2019, with 4 months before the first matches. In the spring of 2020, most of the county leagues were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the promotion format will be changed, especially due to the fact that no team (apart from the teams that were already excluded or dissolved) relegated from Liga III.
