FIFA Eligibility Rules
As the governing body of association football, FIFA is responsible for maintaining and implementing the rules that determine whether an association football player is eligible to represent a particular country in officially recognised international Association football#International competitions, competitions and friendly matches. Mattia De Sciglio (; born 20 October 1992) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for club Juventus and the Italy national team. Carlo Pinsoglio (born 16 March 1990) is an Italian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper for club Juventus F.C., Juventus.
