Jüri Ratas' Second Cabinet
Jüri Ratas' second cabinet was the 50th cabinet of Estonia, in office from 29 April 2019 to 14 January 2021. It was a centre-right coalition cabinet of the Centre Party, right-wing populist Conservative People's Party (EKRE) and conservative Isamaa. History Following the defeat for the sitting Ratas' first cabinet at the 2019 elections and the loss of majority in the parliament Centre Party initiated coalition talks with the third largest Conservative People's Party and fourth largest Isamaa. Although the election-winning Reform Party offered to form a coalition with Jüri Ratas' Centre Party, Ratas turned down the offer. This left the winners of the elections, Reform Party, with no chance to form a majority cabinet. Reform Party leader Kaja Kallas, however went on to propose a minority cabinet formed by Reform and the Social Democrats, but it did not gain the necessary number of votes in the parliament. Jüri Aarma
Jüri Aarma (30 May 1951 Kirov Oblast – 21 May 2019 Tallinn) was an Estonian actor, musician and cultural journalist. From 1970 to 1977, he studied at the Department of the Performing Arts of the Tallinn State Conservatory (now, the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre) and completed the 6th Flight, under the guidance of Grigori Kromanov and Mikk Mikiver. He was then an actor in the Youth Theater until 1995. From 1992 to 1996, he was a regular editor, then co-author of Kuku Raadio. From 1995 to 2002 he was a member of ''Teater. Muusika. Kino.'' Aarma has worked for ''Maaleht'' since 2005 and has held a number of roles in editing cultural news, writing colorful interviews, participating in several television programs with which ''Maaleht'' was a partner. Victor Crone
Victor Fritz-Crone (born 31 January 1992), also known as Victor Crone, is a Swedish singer, guitarist and songwriter. He represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv with the song "Storm". Biography Victor Crone was born and raised in Österåker, Sweden. He started playing guitar and writing songs at the age of 15. When he was 18 he moved to Los Angeles and Nashville to write songs with acclaimed artists such as Diane Warren, Desmond Child and Eric Bazilian. He performed in some international music conference centers of Los Angeles and he also released a song "Jimmy Dean" under his name ''Vic Heart''. In 2015, Victor released his debut single "Burning Man". Eurovision Song Contest 2019
The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 was the 64th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Tel Aviv, Israel, following the country's victory at the 2018 contest with the song " Toy" by Netta. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (IPBC/Kan), the contest was held at Expo Tel Aviv, and consisted of two semi-finals on 14 and 16 May, and a final on 18 May 2019. The three live shows were presented by Israeli television presenters Erez Tal, Assi Azar and Lucy Ayoub, and Israeli model Bar Refaeli. Forty-one countries participated in the contest, with and not returning after their participation in the previous edition.
