2019 ZLM Tour
The 2019 ZLM Tour was the 32nd edition of the ZLM Tour cycling stage race. It started on 19 June in Yerseke and ended on 23 June in Tilburg and was a part of the 2019 UCI Europe Tour as a 2.1-ranked event. The race was won by Mike Teunissen of . Teammate Amund Grøndahl Jansen finished second, and Mads Würtz Schmidt of Katusha–Alpecin rounded out the podium. Dylan Groenewegen of took the points classification, Rasmus Byriel Iversen of took the young rider classification, and took the teams classification. Teams Seventeen teams, which consisted of four UCI WorldTeams, six Professional Continental Teams, and seven UCI Continental Teams, competed in the race. Each team entered seven riders, except for and , who each entered six riders, and , who entered five riders. Of the 115 riders who started the race, only 101 riders finished the race. 2019 UCI Europe Tour
The 2019 UCI Europe Tour was the fifteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2019 season began on 31 January 2019 with the Vuelta a Mallorca, Trofeo Porreres, Felanitx, Ses Salines, Campos and ended on 20 October 2019. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Etten-Leur
Etten-Leur () is a municipality in the Dutch province North Brabant. Its name is a combination of the two villages from which the municipality originally acrose: Etten and Leur. History The villages were always part of one municipality, originally called "Etten c.a." (cum annexis), this later to change to "Etten en Leur". The current name was adopted in 1968. By that time, the villages had grown into one. Both villages, created in the Middle Ages, were relatively prosperous during the period of the Dutch Republic, the exception being the period of the Eighty Years' War in which the area was a major battleground. This prosperity was caused by the fact that Etten was a centre for the production of peat, and Leur was a local trading port, as it had a harbour. Heinkenszand
Heinkenszand is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Borsele, and lies about 14 km east of Middelburg. History The village was first mentioned in 1351 as Heynekijnssand, and means "sand of Heynekijn (Hendrik)". Heinkenszand is a dike village which is located between the Oosterlandpolder and the Oosterguitepolder. The Dutch Reformed church is an aisleless church with built-in tower which was built in 1844 to replace its medieval predecessor. The spire dates from 1932. The Catholic St Blasius Church was built between 1864 and 1866 on the location of the former Barbestein castle, and has a twin tower. Bredene
Bredene (; vls, Brèinienge) is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality only comprises the town of Bredene proper. On 1 January 2006, Bredene had a total population of 15,118. The total area is 13.08 km² which gives a population density of 1156 inhabitants per km². Bredene is situated at the Belgian coast and makes its income mostly out of tourism. In the period of July and August, the population doubles due to many events that attract people from everywhere.
