The 2019 UEFA Nations League Final was a football match that determined the winners of the final tournament of the 2018–19 UEFA Nations League. Nélson Cabral Semedo (born 16 November 1993) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Portugal national team.
