2019 Super2 Series
The 2019 Super2 Series was an Australian motor racing competition for Supercars, a support series to the 2019 Supercars Championship. It was the twentieth running of the Supercars Development Series, the second tier of competition in Supercars racing. Bryce Fullwood won the championship with one round to spare in the MW Motorsport prepared Nissan Altima L33. Super2 Series
The Dunlop Super2 Series (formerly known as Dunlop Series, Fujitsu V8 Supercars Series, HPDC V8 Supercars Series, Konica Minolta V8 Supercars Series and Konica V8 Supercars/Lites Series) is an Australian touring car racing competition, specifically the second tier series for Supercars competitors. Competing vehicles are older than those utilised in the Supercars Championship series and are usually run by smaller teams with lower budgets. The series is a critical stepping stone in driver development, the pathway to the Repco Supercars Championship and a place where young drivers can hone their skills and showcase their talent in front of the championship teams. Brenton Grove (born 9 April 1997 in Melbourne) is a racing driver from Australia. He currently competes in the 2021 GT World Challenge Australia for Grove Racing. During the 2019 season Brenton and his father Stephen represented Australia in the 2019 FIA Motorsport Games GT Cup, finishing 3rd overall. Jack Perkins (racing Driver)
Jack 'Perko' Perkins (born 22 August 1986) is an Australian motor racing driver who competes in the Pirtek Enduro Cup. He currently co-drives with Will Brown in the No. 9 Holden ZB Commodore for Erebus Motorsport. He is the son of retired Australian race driver and former team owner Larry Perkins, in whose team Perkins Engineering, he drove between 2006 and 2008. Initially competing as an endurance race only driver in 2006, in 2007 Perkins graduated to the full-time drive in the No. 11 Perkins Engineering car, the number made famous in Australian racing by his father. Perkins stepped back from full-time driving in Supercars' top category in 2015 to sign with the Holden Racing Team as a co-driver for the Pirtek Enduro Cup. Dean Fiore
Dean Fiore (born 1 December 1983) is an Australian professional racing driver. Fiore competed in the 2022 Bathurst 1000 for Brad Jones Racing as a co-driver alongside Bryce Fullwood in the No. 14 Holden Commodore (ZB). Racing career Fiore is one of three racing brothers, along with Todd and Paul. One of a line of West Australian drivers brought up in the relatively isolated world of his home state Formula Ford series, he won the championship in 2002 and 2003. William Brown (born 5 June 1998) is an Australian racing driver currently competing in the Repco Supercars Championship with Erebus Motorsport, driving the No. 9 Holden ZB Commodore. In 2017, Brown received the Mike Kable Young Gun Award, and was also awarded The Peter Brock Medal by the Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) for his outstanding year in racing. With championship wins in both the Australian Formula 4 and the Australian Toyota Racing Series in 2016, Brown became one of only five drivers in Australian motorsport history to achieve two national racing titles in one year. Eggleston Motorsport is an Australian motor racing team which is currently competing in the Dunlop Super2 Series, Dunlop Super3 Series and the Australian GT Championship. The team's current Super2 drivers are Matt McLean and Jack Sipp, with Jack Perkins, Tim Blanchard and Tony D'Alberto stepping in for guest appearances. Ashley Daniel Walsh (born 11 January 1988) is an Australian racing driver who currently drives for Brad Jones Racing as a co-driver alongside Jack Smith in the Pirtek Enduro Cup. Not to be confused with the beast Ash Walshe, world record holder in deadlift, and star of various movies. David Russell (born 4 January 1982) is an Australian racing driver. Russell has competed in the Repco Supercars Championship intermittently since 2003 and is now an endurance co-driver in the Pirtek Enduro Cup with Erebus Motorsport in a Holden Commodore (ZB), alongside Brodie Kostecki. Abigail Eaton (born 2 January 1992) is a British racing driver from the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. She starred as the test driver for the second and third series of ''The Grand Tour'', an Amazon Prime Video-exclusive motoring series. Tim Blanchard (born 30 June 1987) is an Australian racing driver. Blanchard has raced in several other motor racing series, including the British Formula Ford Championship, and was the winner of the 2007 Australian Formula Ford Championship. Brad Jones Racing is an Australian motor racing team owned by Brad Jones based in Albury. The team competes in the Supercars Championship and the Super2 Series. Recently they have also returned to Australian Formula Ford where Brad and Kim began their careers. The team is the only rurally based Supercars team.
