2019 Sun Belt Conference Football Season
The 2019 Sun Belt Conference football season was the 18th season of college football play for the Sun Belt Conference. It was played from August 29, 2019 until January 2020. The Sun Belt Conference consists of 10 members in two divisions. It was part of the 2019 NCAA Division I FBS football season. NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision
The NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), formerly known as Division I-A, is the highest level of college football in the United States. The FBS consists of the largest schools in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). As of 2022, there are 10 conferences and 131 schools in FBS. Tarron Jackson
Tarron Jackson (born June 22, 1998) is an American football defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Coastal Carolina. Early years Jackson grew up in New Ellenton, South Carolina and attended Silver Bluff High School. He was named All-Area by the ''Aiken Standard'' as a senior after recording 79 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and five sacks. Kyle Field is the American football stadium located on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, United States. Chip Lindsey (born September 9, 1974) is an American college football coach and former player who is currently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served as the head coach at Troy University from 2019–2021. Lindsey was previously the quarterbacks coach at Troy during the 2010 season. Jacob Stephen Spavital (born May 1, 1985) is an American college football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the California Golden Bears. Shawn Elliott (born June 26, 1973) is an American football coach and former player, currently the head football coach at Georgia State University. He served as the interim head football coach at the University of South Carolina, a position he assumed on October 13, 2015.
