The 2019 Liga 3 was the third season of the Liga 3 under its current name, the fourth season under its current league structure, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. Persijap defeated PSKC 3–1 in the final at the Pakansari Stadium to won their first Liga 3 title. Teams Team changes The following teams changed division from the 2018 season. Overview Player regulations Unlike previous seasons, teams are not allowed to use senior players. Players born on or after 1 January 1997 are eligible to compete in this league. Qualifying round Qualifying round for national round is divided into 2 routes: * Regional route (consist of representatives from 34 provinces). First, each province held their provincial league followed by unlimited amateur teams with different competition format. Liga 3 (Indonesia)
Liga 3 (English: ''League Three'') is the lowest tier in Indonesian football league system. Formed as Liga Nusantara in 2014, this league occupies the third tier and consists of 2 rounds: ''provincial qualification''—held in every provinces in Indonesia, and ''national round'', competed by provincial qualifiers (number varies between provinces). History The competition was established after Liga Indonesia Second Division and Liga Indonesia Third Division merged in 2014. Starting in 2015, the Liga Indonesia First Division was also merged with Liga Nusantara making it the third-tier level in Indonesian football system. Persatu Tuban won the competition's first season. Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Kendal, commonly known as Persik Kendal is an Indonesian football club based in Kendal, Central Java. They currently compete in the Liga 3. 2018 Liga 3
The 2018 Liga 3 was the second season of the Liga 3 under its current name, the third season under its current league structure, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The league was divided into the regional stage and the national stage. Every amateur team in Indonesia competed in its provincial stage of the league and the teams which relegated from 2017 Liga 2 competed in the national zone preliminary round. The 2019 Liga 2 was the third season of the Liga 2 under its current name and the 10th season under its current league structure. Persik won the title after a 3–2 win over Persita in the final at Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar on 25 November 2019.
