The 2019 British motorcycle Grand Prix was the twelfth round of the 2019 MotoGP season. It was held at the Silverstone Circuit in Silverstone on 25 August 2019. The race saw one of the closest finishes in the history of MotoGP, as Álex Rins won the race by just 0.013s ahead of Marc Márquez. is a Japanese Grand Prix motorcycle racer, competing in Moto3 for Leopard Racing. Career Moto3 World Championship Mahindra CIP (2015) Suzuki made his Grand Prix debut in the 2015 Moto3 World Championship with CIP, riding a Mahindra alongside Remy Gardner. Francesco "Pecco" Bagnaia (born 14 January 1997) is an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer competing in MotoGP World Championship, MotoGP for the Ducati Corse, Ducati Lenovo Team. He is the current 2022 MotoGP season, MotoGP World Champion and a previous 2018 Moto2 season, Moto2 World Champion. Pol Espargaró Villà (born 10 June 1991) is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer who for 2023 will ride in the MotoGP class for the newly named GasGas Factory Racing team, a development of Tech3. He previously spent two years with Repsol Honda. Pol is the younger brother of fellow MotoGP rider Aleix Espargaró, and is best known for winning the 2013 Moto2 World Championship. Franco Morbidelli (born 4 December 1994) is an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer in MotoGP, riding for Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team.
