2019 Albanian Supercup
The 2019 Albanian Supercup was the 26th edition of the Albanian Supercup, an annual Albanian football match. The teams were decided by taking the winner of the previous season's Albanian Superliga and the runner-up of the Albanian Cup. The match was contested by Partizani, champions of the 2018–19 Albanian Superliga, and Kukësi, the 2018–19 Albanian Cup winner. FK Partizani Tirana
Futboll Klub Partizani, or FK Partizani for short, is an Albanian professional football club based in Tirana, that competes in the Kategoria Superiore. Founded in 1946, the club was historically affiliated to the Albanian army. Partizani's current temporary home ground is Arena Kombëtare and the newly built stadium at Partizani Complex. The club first competed in an official competition in 1947 where they won the Albania National Championship, thus being crowned the champions of Albania in their debut season as well as the following two seasons. In total the club have been national champions on 16 occasions between 1947 and 2019, which is the last time the club won the Kategoria Superiore. They have won 18 other officially recognised domestic honours, including 15 Albanian Cups as well as Second Division. Alban Bekim Hoxha (; born 23 November 1987) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Albanian club Partizani and the Albania national team. Club career Dinamo Tirana Hoxha started youth football at age of 6 and was raised through the ranks at his hometown team Turbina before joining the youth team of Dinamo Tirana in 2004. Esin Hakaj (born 12 December 1996) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Vllaznia Shkodër in the Albanian Superliga. Career Vllaznia Hake began his career with local side Vllaznia Shkodër, where he progressed through the academy before being promoted to the first team during 2014–15 winter break, and he was an unused substitute in an Albanian Superliga game against FK Kukësi on 24 January 2015 in a 2–1 loss. Aldo Teqja (born 4 May 1995) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Albanian club FK Partizani Tirana. Club career Anorthosis Famagusta Teqja joined Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagusta in January 2011 from Dinamo Tirana for a reported fee of €60,000 as the side's first winter signing. Bruno Telushi (born 14 November 1990 in Vlorë) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for AF Elbasani. Telushi begun his career with his local club Flamurtari, making his debut in 2011 after spending four years in Italy at Virtus Entella.
